Hello! A few days ago, i watched Alice Through The Looking Glass. This movie is the sequel to Alice In Wonderland. It is about Alice who finds her way back to Wonderland by going through a mirror.
Warning- This review does not include extreme spoilers and I try not to include any,but if you hate being told anything about the movie besides the plot, I recommend to stop reading. If not, enjoy!
I wanted to see this movie in theaters, but me and my dad waited too long so we ended up just watching it at home, which was fine too.
As you may or may not know, there are quite a few copies of Alice In Wonderland and Alice Through The Looking Glass. But of course the two biggest one of the first movie is directed by Tim Burton, one of my two favorite directors, and the second one (the one i am reviewing currently) is directed by James Bobin. I wish of course Tim Burton directed this movie as well, but it was still fine.
Maybe it was because i wasn’t in the theater, with the booming volume and amazing picture, but i wasn’t able to follow the movie very well. I’m sure i could try harder an maybe watch it a second time and understand it better, but i just couldn’t the first time.
This movie wasn’t the best one i have ever seen, but it wasn’t bad. I like the concept of Alice traveling through time, and of course the actually person, Time.
Overall i rate this movie a 3/5 stars.
